cool off the heat in my mouth after i eat it, i heard sugar packets are good, and milk is bad cuz it will make you throw up, any suggestions

I haven't heard of the sugar thing and we eat a lot of spicy foods at my house. To cool off your mouth milk or any dairy product will work, you can eat a slice of bread or if you are afraid of throwing up you can hold the milk in your mouth and then spit it out. It really works you should try it. I hope that I have been some help to you.

Eating dairy will not - should not - make you throw up. Milk is the way to go, try blue cheese or ranch dressing to cut down the effects. Bread - not chips with all the salt - is also a good option. Try a milk shake for dessert, that'll help too :)

try lemons. or sour cream. yogurt. they will help...want to get your friends back? puree a package of dried whole chiles with some oil and then add tabasco sauce and anything else you can find that is really hot...when i managed a restaurant we would make things called buzz bombs(it was a dishwasher hazing prank.) we would get a metal skillet and heat it up real good and then take it to the dishwasher and as we put it on their counter we threw hot sauce on it guaranteed to make em cry...lol
