All officers in every branch make the same base pay, but you make more depending on where you are stationed. You get housing allowance which is different everywhere, hazard pay, flight pay, etc.
I am an Ensign ( O-1, Ensign is the same as a 2nd LT) with under two years of service and my base pay is like 2400 a month which doesn't include housing allowance (1050 a month in New Orleans, tax free) and BAS (200 a month for food and stuff, tax free). It just goes up year after year based on years of service and promotions.

All military officer (army, navy, air force, coast guard, marine corps) that are on active duty are on the exact same basic pay scale according to rank and time in grade for that rank
What affects how much you make is where you live ( you are given an allowance for housing called BAH which is based on your geographic location or overseal location), and special duty pay (flight pay, diver pay) and time in service
some averages are (not for prior enlisted officers)
2lt-$26,000
1lt- 33,000
Capt-$45-70,000
Major-$78,000
Lt Col-Col-upwards of 6 figures.
But these are completely rough ball park figures. The pay chart will tell you how much each rank makes based on years in service.

The same as an officer in the Navy, Army, or Air Force.
Actual salary doesn't tell the whole story. There are benefits and allowances for clothing, housing, and other stuff like that.
Besides, they issue you a really neat sword and teach you to kill people.
