We went out for a year, but we've known eachother for a year 1/2. He used to be the most amazing man in the entire world, now he says he needs a break and some room (randomly) and I don't know what to do. I just want him to come back to me.

Sometimes you can feel burdened with the demands in a relationship. I had a girlfriend that cordially ordered me to call her every morning. Every gesture she made she wanted reciprocated.
But that's not a good example for perhaps after some time, he will realise how wonderful it was with you and go back.

Everytime we guys answer this question the way we really feel you girls always give it thumbs down. You can't handle the truth so what's the use. We can't keep up with all the attention you girls need. You all are just too f/n high maintainance. We can't handle the constant all the phone calls and the checking up on us and the wondering what he's thinking and oh my god. You girls just don't realize how much work you all are. We just need a break, that's all.

He might have met someone else and wants to explore his options more. Or he just might want to be single and want to hang with his boys for a while. You never really know, just give him his space and if it is meant to be then he will come back!

Some times men need time to be alone, the more there are asked about, the more time they need to be alone. Give him as much room as he need and he will go back to you when is ready for it.

well, u re obviously too clingy. my only advice to u - tell him bye bye, don't let the door hit u one the way out and then absolutely do not contact him. if he comes back - he is yours forever. u can do with him whatever u want. if he won't come - well, he would have left anyway
