Does anyone know why this happens?

I don't do anything, [like eating or going to the restroom] but I find it very odd... maybe it's anxiety?

I have found that first your bed, and secondly, your sheets, blankets and comforters play a big part in they way one sleeps. Your mattress may be too firm or soft. Your sheets might not have the right thread count that suites you.

It very well could be anxiety, that always happens to me if I've had someting bothering me, and sleeplessness is a well known symptom of anxiety.
