I have a lot of hair falling out, like in mini clumps. I just got a haircut, but even before it was always like that. It is not noticably thinning. I am in high school

You need vitamins. Try 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in an 8 oz. glass of water 2 x day. Has 93 vitamins and minerals. Hair and nails will grow super long and strong. ACV has been taken since before the time of Christ. Read about ACV on the web.

Deep condition at least once a month or if you can twice to three times a month. Also, get shampoos that moisturize your scalp as most just moisturize your hair.

If your scalp is healthy, you should find less hair falling out.

Ask your doctor. My hair was falling out and my OB/GYN thought it might be because my estrogen level was too high. Pregnancy can also cause hair loss.

are you on any medications? when I was on accuntane and other assorted acne drugs, my hair was falling out more than normal. once I went off them, back to normal. could also be stress or hormones.

you could be under alot of stress relax ureself and if you want eat soy beans or drink the milk it can help improve ure hair
