Well I quess it depends on what you look like. If you have a little belly, he might be poking fun at it. He may have heard a rumor your pregnant. He may be doing it because he likes you. Maybe he's into belly's somehow and he's trying to see how you'll react. People are into all kinds of different things, it's no telling what he's thinking. Next time he does that, ask him, what's up with you touching my stomach and wait for a reaction. Don't be afraid to speak up, he's touching you, your not touching him.

He's trying to have his cake and eat it too. If you respond like you were not interested he could say he was "just joking around". but if you respond favorable he "wins" (assuming you're a catch).
Put the pressure on him to tell you how he really feels- tell him that hurts you or something so he'll be forced into a different method of "getting your attention" If you're lucky it will be a method where he isn't comfortable and you will see the real him. (Like actually him telling you how he feels about you)

LOL, he does sound like a total flirt! But just think, if he's doing all this for your attention, then maybe he's trying to tell you something... like maybe he's giving you the hints that he likes you. I don't know if you like him back or not, but if not, just be a friend to him, and if this bothers you, get kinda serious but don't over-react. If you do like him, go have a seat with him and tell him!

It means he LIKES you...AS A FRIEND. Why do young people mix up liking someone with the desire to have a relationshp with that person. They are TWO different and distinc things. IF someone is your friend that MEANS they LIKE you. IF someone wants a relationship with you they will let you know. This isn't rocket science people.
