Easy enough. Wreck it to the point that it gets totaled by the insurance company. Then you can get a salvage title for it. In some states it will be a junk title. With a junk title it is a parts only vehicle. In some states you can rebuild and drive it again, but the salvage title will warn everyone else it has been rebuilt.

A salvage title usually results when the vehicle is wrecked and the insurance pays out to the owner, the insurance company then owns the vehicle and gets a salvage title.
Are you sure you do not mean a "built as title". Which is where one repairs a vehicle with a salvage title and tries to get a normal title for it?
