i dont see myself in a relationship anymore with this girl who turned me down...but why is it my stomach literally ached when i saw her again??? and i cant get her off my mind, i keep replaying our brief enocunter, asking myself why did i feel that way and what was she thinking. i even internalize how will i feel if i see her with someone else, and im starting to hate that guy who got along with her. i keep promising myslef ill never ask another question about her, but i still do.

(im busy with college and have crushes, but she still bothers me so much! i still feel hurt.i want my revenge, but being mad just keeps me stranded, and if im not mad, i tend to have a soft spot for her)

Talk to her and tell her how you feel

Ok. Pretend here for a minute that the most unattractive girl you know just loves you to death and can not be without you. (Invision that for a minute o.k.) got it in your head?
Now, invision that girl who just turned you down feeling that way about you. Got it?
Dude, love is not like you think it is- it is about allowing a person to love you freely and you love them freely. That is what makes it so sweet when it is reciprocated.
Take a deep breath :know that this will pass. You may have some deep rooted control issues that you need to deal with, but you seem to be young and can get over it.
There are many women out there that will appreciate you dude!
You allow her to have you in a prison and the sad thing is she has opened the door and you refuse to walk out of it.
You got to care about yourself better than that man. You are scary not loving yourself more than that. I really question if it is more of a control issue with you because there is nothing lovely about a guy or girl not loving themselves enough to fully and truly love someone else. It (love) starts at home dude!
Read my poem dude:

"Now That’s Love"

I know what love is like:
Truly loving someone is giving them the freedom to love you or not
Truly loving yourself is choosing to be someone who uses that freedom to love you
Yea, now that’s love

wow... im actually going through almost the same exact thing with this guy... infact i couldnt have said it better myself...

i think part of it is just that you wonder what could have been... plus i know in my situation i do still have very strong feelings for the guy...

and when i see another girl flirting with him... i just want to... argh... punch her or something and the weird thing is some of the girls are my friends!

i think we should both try to remember that it didnt work for a reason and they are the ones missing out... i think we both need to start flirting more with other people to remind ourselves that there are other fish in the sea...

Best of Luck to you.

Dude, if you're under age 13 the feeling goes away. If you're older than that- it just becomes a part of you. Sorry for the bad news.
Now you get to choose how you integrate that into your future and your personality. (hint: don't make it the centerpiece of all future conversations) (2xHint; you're allowed to still care for her)

as someone who is still aching over someone too, i know how you feel. someone told me i have either two options, i can tell the person how i feel or decide that i'm gonna move on and know i'll be miserable for awhile. i think you have to look at it like that, decide what you have to do and focus on how act on it, either way.

You have to forgive her ,It will only hurt you If you don't. Real forgiveness means that you can't think about what she did to hurt you anymore, you have to learn to control what you think about,It takes practice.Rememeber a negative thought produces a negative emotion. If you believe in Jesus,He will send you someone alot better.

It's a love/hate thing. You need to get where you don't feel anything positive or negative.
