What about your mother? Or other family members? Do they see what you are going though? If not, then I think they need to know. That's the biggest and most important step is letting someone know how you're feeling and make sure they understand the importance of it. You sound like you need attention, and you're not getting it. If you're thinking about leaving, don't. My friend tried to commit suicide many times, maybe it was for attention or maybe she just wanted to leave life and everyone, but you can ask her now that if she would have succeeded that it would have been the worst mistake of her life. Try to look at the bright side to things. Are you healthy? Are you gettting a good education? You have a computer and other things obviously you're not poor. I know how it feels to have a drunk dad. He won't change unless he wants to change, so I'm telling you to not get your hopes up on him, but don't give up on yourself because of others. It will get better. You may not know me, but trust me...
I wish you the best!! And keep your head up!! If you need help reach out...people will listen...

This may sound cliche, but no matter how bad it seems, it's never as bad as it seems. Or as my ex boss used to say "there was a man who felt terrible because he had no shoes and all day all he could think about was that he had no shoes. One day he met a man with no feet...
I don't know if you are a religious person, but preists are often very insightful, compassionate people, and your insurance doesn't need to be involved, speaking of which, it is not your insurers job to decide when you need help, only to pay for it. If you feel a need, just click on my Icon and email me, I can't promise to see it right away, and I don't have all the answers, but I'll do what I can.

I read it.
Are you a student? Maybe you can get help through school.
Employed? Many companies contract with employee assistant programs (EAP) for free mental health services.
Try a clinic instead of a private/individual doctor for low cost services - check with your local hospital for info.
Good luck, and please don't give up.
Things suck now, and it may be a very long time before they get better, but the road is long and you never know what will come next.

When you disappear, you will get noticed. A LOT more than you think. Your not a nobody. A nobody wouldn't even do what your doing, that is type this stuff out.
So this concludes that you are a somebody, and not a nobody.
I dont get answers for my physics quesions, so... yes... You are a somebody. be happy =))

Breath in breath out. Find an outlet for yourself. It can be drawing/painting, music, singing, dancing, writing, or ANYTHING. Find something that you are good at and that you like to do. Volunteer to help less fortunate people or children. Everyone has ups and downs but it is possible to get out of ruts you just have to make an effort. Please try to take care of yourself!
Good Luck

Sounds like you needed a good rant. Hope it helped.
You should look into one of the call centers that are set up for people who need help, it sounds like you are seriously depressed and on the verge of doing something you would seriously regret.
Hope you get the help you need.
