I am so able to help you. I am getting married in September and also having a autumn wedding. I went to Jean M. They have a web site and a catalog. I got the leaf cookie cutters with the sugar cookie recipe card personalized with my and my future husbands name. They have many autumn themes in their. I got my invitations from them because you can choose the colors. I hope that I helped you out. Best Wishes.

Here's a couple of ideas that I have seen work.
Depending on how large the wedding party...you can do maple leaf shaped invitations, small pumpkins (jack belittle) carved out as votive candle holders, as well as gourds or even apples. Soup served in pumpkins carved out for bowls or one large pumpkin if it's a buffet. You can use different fall colors or a strip of fall colored organza, silk or any material across the tables. Preferably a solid color or simple pattern. It looks great when all the tables are set the same with a upstanding napkin at each place setting. You can have place cards made out of a nice stock paper in the shape of leaves. Use lot's of garlands with fake berries, foliage and or beads, it's a great way to dress up a cake table or buffet tables. You can also find a lot of leaf shaped tags at craft stores. This can be for give-aways.
As far as the cooking theme tied into the wedding...you can do copper pots for centerpieces or even buy at second hand stores copper colored jello molds to add to buffet tables.
Hope anything I mentioned can help, congratulations and good luck.

One idea for the chef side is those little dishes they use for souffles you can fill those up with walnuts and cranberries or something fallish. Those you can set at every seating. . You can fill up harvest baskets up with granny apples and use those as center pieces if you don't want to use browns and oranges throughout the whole wedding.
