Sin is a religious term that means a transgression of the laws of God.

However, analyzing the term and concept more realistically in a practical manner and exercising our ordinary common sense, reason and logic, we would find that masturbating is natural to many and affects only the self, harms no one outside of the self, if at all, and therefore should be subject to personal decision.

Interest and looking, even enjoying, porn is just our natural curiousity concerning the things of life. Being aroused is natural. We are built this way, physically. Not to be curious, neither aroused is unnatural. We should learn to be more accepting of our natural God-given urges and desires.

Swearing is something that most everyone does as a normal part of daily interactions. For most, there is no evil intended.

God realizing that we are still children spirits not knowing any better understand that we will go through all these natural stages of life and experience. However, like children tiring of their toys or students learning from their mistakes, eventually, gradually, we will leave all these things of our childhood and prefer to think and act more like grown up adults. Everyone goes through these phases – childhood, adolescence and adulthood. There is no sin, just stages towards improvement – perfection. Everything natural. Nothing to forgive.

Do you do alot of these things? Are they more important to you than, say, your family, or your job, or school, or whatever?
Are they the first thing you think about in the morning, and the last thing you think about at night?
If you answered the above "yes"...then those things are replacing God in your life, and the situation is serious.
On the other hand, if these are occasional slips, and you are doing your best to get the sin out of your life, then I wouldn't worry about it too much.
I, for one, don't believe masturbation even is a sin...as long as it doesn't involve another person...porn does involve other people, it cheapens sex and therefore, yes, it is a sin...bad language is rude, crude, and not too shrewd, but, unless you are using God's name in a manner not fitting to your standing in His family, then I don't see it as a serious problem...unless, of course, you don't want to appear too ignorant to express yourself creatively without resorting to profanity...
For what it's worth, that's this poor widow's two cents.....

Actually, yes to both questions. A little clarification on that last one, though. If you are speaking of going to a priest to confess, then it won't do you any good except to make you feel better. When Jesus died the veil was torn in two, thus allowing us direct access to the Father. So, when we confess our sins, we are to go directly to Him and the Bible states that He "is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

seeing that God has given us an abundance of mercy and grace in Christ Jesus; what manner of man ought you to be?

Seeing that He has given you all things that pertain unto life and Godliness in the gift of His Son. How ought you to live?

Seeing you are already forgiven for Christ's sake; What should be your confession, your profession and your consecration?

Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling for it is God who works in you both the willing and the doing of His good pleasure.

As I understand this issue, God wants us to refrain from Sexual Immorality and that includes looking at porn and self-gratification because it puts our needs above seeking to please God.

Here's a song for you....

God is watching everything you do
When you get undressed or take a shower
When you touch yourself for hour after hour
God is watching everything you do
And He thinks you're a nasty, naughty nympho slut!
You sinful filthy whore you're going to hell!
Your flesh will burn, your bones will churn
Your soul will be torn asunder
You wretched heathen heretic, burn in hell
For eternity!
So you better remember!
God is watching everything you do!
