Age is just a number-- it shouldn't affect your relationship.
Unless she is in a different place mentally, you shouldn't be so concerned about the age difference. Another thing- 3 yrs isn't that big a difference. I've seen couples with 11-15 yr age differences. But again-- it's just a #

There was a case here in Texas where two girls were caught having sex in a city park. The oldest one was 19 and the other 16. The District attorney had to drop the charge of child molestation because the oldest girl was 3 years older, If she would have been 3 years and 1 day older she would be in jail for a long time.
So if you are falling in this category your girlfriend could go to jail.
If not your doing great ,Get it while you can.

If you guys care for each other, then it realy shouldn't affect the relationship. Unless you are like 16 and she's 19. Then it definitely will be affected. But if you're like 23 and she's 26, it should be fine.

No age, No gender affect your relationship. As long as, you guys love each other. Honesty and Faithful are important character in a relationship. My gf is 4 years older than me, but I love her so much, so does she.

So long as you are both over the age of 18 and out of school, 3 years isn't that big of a difference.

It depends on the age range, if you're 15 and she's 18 it could effect it alot. If your're 25 and she's 28 I don't think it would make that much of a difference. It's all about maturity.

Three years is not a long time..unless your like 10 and she's 13..once you get a lil older I don't think It matters!

it should not affect your relationship. compatibility does not rely on age. it should not matter. i am 4 years older than him. we have been together 9 years.

that depends on how old you guys are? 3 years makes a difference if you are 14 and she is 17 it doesnt mean much of anything if you are 40 and she is 43.

I've been in a similar situation... except i dated a guy three years older. It makes a difference, but not if u'r in love. Other people might think its strange, but don't listed to them. Follow your heart. If u think u should date her, don't listen to what other people say.
