First of all, Jesus was not crucified just for being "different." He was actually crucified for His claim to be the Son of God. If you read the Gospels, you will see that that was the main thing that made the religious leaders of His day angry with Him.
As for why some Christians condemn others who are different then them I really don't have an answer for. I know, however, that in the case of some (not all), the Scriptures are so clear that the person being condemned is in the wrong that it doesn't take any amount of judging to see that his/her life doesn't line up. Other times, Christians could use more discernment. Depends on the situation.

I would not say that Jesus Christ was killed for being different. The Council of Jewish Elders, the Sanhedrin, believed that he was gaining too much power away from them, and had potential to start a riot and the people would no longer respect them. They were jealous and took Jesus out.
They did not know, however, that they were fulfilling the prophecy by doing this.
And yes, Jesus died for those who condemn.
And I wouldn't say that I condemn those who are different...

Well, Jesus was not killed because He was different. He was killed because he claimed to be God. He was still a Jew. Jesus condemned the religious leaders. He called them devils and bastards. If we are to follow His ways, then we need to do the same. Righteous Christians today are severely criticized when they openly speak out against ungodly church leaders and people who claim to be Christians.
Maybe you should consider that you may have a false understanding of Christianity.

I think that we condemn people who are different then us because we think that some how we are better than them. Eveyone has their demons though. I might struggle with lying while my neighbor struggles with sleeping around. I might feel I have the right to judge her because I don't struggle with what she struggles with, but really someone else might judge me for my lying. It's really all a cycle. And we judge because we forget that we are to love our neighbors as ourselves. "Some of us who seem quite nice people may, in fact, have made so little use of a good heredity and good upbringing that we are really worse than those whom we regard as fiends. Can we be quite certain how we should have behaved if we had been saddled with the psychological outfit, and then with the bad upbringing, and then with the power of Himmler? That is why Christians are told not to judge. We see only the results which a man's choices make out of his raw material. But God does not judge him on the raw material at all, but on what he has done with it. Most of the man's psychological makeup is probably due to his body: when his body dies all that will fall off him, and the real central man , the thing that chose, that made the best or the worst out of this material, will stand naked. All sorts of nice things which we thought our own, but which were really due to a good digestion, will fall off some of us: all sorts of nasty things which were due to comlexes or had bad health will fall off others. We shall then, for the first time, see everyone as he really was. There will be some surprises." C.S. Lewis. And as my mother always told me, you are not responsible for other peoples actions or heart conditions you are only responsible for your own, so watch your heart attitude. I know I digressed into why we shouldn;t judge, but mainly we do because we can't see a person for who they really are and we think that in some way we are better than them. God doesn't see it like that though. Thank goodness He is a righteous judge.

Matt 12:9-14
9 Now when He had departed from there, He went into their synagogue.
10 And behold, there was a man who had a withered hand. And they asked Him, saying, "Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?"-- that they might accuse Him.
11 Then He said to them, "What man is there among you who has one sheep, and if it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will not lay hold of it and lift it out?
12 "Of how much more value then is a man than a sheep? Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath."
13 Then He said to the man, "Stretch out your hand." And he stretched it out, and it was restored as whole as the other.
14 Then the Pharisees went out and plotted against Him, how they might destroy Him.
He saw through their trap and defied their "authority". They hated that. It's the same for anyone who thinks they know everything. It is their pride that is more important.

certainly, in accordance to the bible it became devil who killed Jesus and human beings who do devil's artwork are deceived. All of Christ's disciples have been Jews and observed as themselves that for years after Jesus became long previous all a thank you to the top of the Bible. in certainty, Christianity is a branch of Judaism and nonetheless makes use of the classic Jewish textual content fabric, the Tanakh, as nicely via fact the recent testomony books written via Jews approximately Jews. The declare that Christians at the instant are not Jews is ridiculous. they're all Jews via fact they practice the Jewish faith.

Jesus gave His life, no one took His life. He fulfilled the Bible prophecy. He was the very center of the God's will.
People cannot condemn anyone. It is our job to spread the word of God, but God is the rightful Judge. He knows our hearts. : )
