I need help with debate/Coast Guard?!?

I need a website showing that there is a cap on the number of people that can enter the Coast Guard. I believe it should be 45,000 but I need hard evidence. Wikipedia is NOT a credible source.Thanks.

Call a Coast Guard recruiter, or call the USCG HQ.

they have about 38,000 active duty, 8,000 reserve and 35,000 auxiliariy personel.
