If I'm having sex with someone, it's a relationship. Even for most guys, sex is an emotionally tying act.

However, some guys are not in touch with what it means to care about a girl and therefore wouldn't know what to do with a relationship if they had it. For them, sex could suffice and a relationship might be unwanted.

It depends on the guy, and it may be up to you to make a judgment about how mature he is and how capable he is of feeling something for a girl.

I don't think anyone really pursues relationships. They're just supposed to happen naturally. But I wouldn't be in a relationship with a girl until I've had sex with her. So I guess more likely for me.

Monogamy is usually easier, not to mention simpler; so, yes, I'd probably pursue it. It would make life a lot less stressful.
