I have a tile saw and I was wondering if it is possibe to use floor tile as a countertop?????

People do this all the time. You just need to install it over 3/4" ply and have a plan for the edge. Whether it's the metal bullnose transition between the vertical and horizontal pieces, or just the horizontal over the vertical with its edge buffed. You'll be using non-sanded grout of course.

Yes, it's possible, it will just be much more difficult to cut than regular wall tile.
