The thing is:
You've got to flirt with her a ton (and there is a proper way to flirt)
Give up trying to impress her
Don't turn into a wuss every time she's around
Don't do things for her just because you like her, in fact, I'd guess you're at the point where it's probably best you don't do anything for her period.
Don't get stressed out about it.
Don't think about it too much
Don't -try- to get her to like you.
Just be yourself, do what you want to do and not even worry about her.
Don't laugh because she wants you to
Don't submit to her just because you like her.
And then if you get the hang of all that, and know how to properly flirt with her (which may involve busting/burning on her a few times), then check to make sure she likes you and if she does then tell her you like her.

And I'd assume since you asked the question, you don't know really how to tell if she likes you:
The best indicator is if she's laughing and you can tell she's haveing a good time when she's around you, then she probably likes you. Keep up whatever you're doing.

Talk to her. A lot. When you're sure she's comfortable with you, flatter her. Start by subtle compliments ("You have such neat handwriting! Its so girly") then go to more obvious ones ("You look great today"). Always smile with her when you see her, but a hi is even better. Just don't get too needy. Evaluate your progress after about a week. If she seems drawn back, you're waay too needy.

you cant force someone to like you. try talking to her. DONT be gross. dont burp fart pick your nose scratch yourself. talk about any of those and dont rush into the deep personal questions too soon. start out with the basics: whats your favorite color, do you have any brothers/sisters. stuff like that. ice breakers.
