flattening your hair everyday is going to damage it. Instead, use a Straightening cream by Pantene. It totally works!!

hope this helped!

Does your flat iron have a wet setting? If so, try misting your hair before applying the cream and then straightening it. You could also try applying the cream, blowing it out and ironing it BEFORE you go to bed. I have very curly hair and this is what I do most of the time without a problem. If I have a kink or two when I wake up I just set the iron to a low setting and iron the kink out.

No, nothing serious I think. I've done (once in a while) that before but not as a routine...

But if you still feel uneasy, just wet your hands run them through your hair getting them a bit damp. It's quick and not that much trouble...

Just get your hair wet in the sink...or make sure that next time you do put it on after your shower! But, no, it's won't damage your hair...it IS a hair product!

if you do it everyday that may not be good for your hair. you can always wake up and just use a spray bottle to get your hair a little damp. you don't have to get it soaking wet.
