Saddam Hussaine used WMD on the Kurds when did he do this...I've seen some footage on the news at the footage looks like it happend in the 1980's I may be wrong so when did he do it...??

Saddam used them FIRST on the Iranian Army and Iranian Cities in 1986... Iraq's army was primarily armed with weaponry it had purchased from the Soviet Union and its satellites in the preceding decade. During the war, it purchased billions of dollars worth of advanced equipment from the Soviet Union, France, as well as from the People's Republic of China, Egypt, Germany, the United States, England and Austria.
Then in 1988 he used them against the Iraqi-Kurds.

i suspect you've seen footage of Halabja- a town in the Kurdish north of Iraq. that attack occurred on 23 march, 1988 and killed 7000 (wounding 20,000). most harrowing footage of civilian casualties- dead kids in street. the gas was a mustard-nerve agent aimed at Iranian forces who were'nt in the town. The first use of WMD by Iraq was November 1980 and characterized the Iran-Iraq war; Iraq defended its borders against iranian wave-attacks with multiple agents- see link below and select wikipedia.

In the 1980's after we gave it to him. He used it on the Iranian army and then used it on the Kurds when G. H. W. B. Tried to get them to Rebel.
In short, it's our fault.

we have not found them yet....he used chemical weapons,
i am not sure it falls under that category, If it does then an airplane it is also a WMD (remember 911).
What is the number that define a mass? A lot of weapons may fit under that category then

You're right, it happened in the eighties. He also used WMD on the Iranian army during the eighties.
