Interestingly enough, some of this is instinctual...the male genes and hormones from way back make the male species have built in instincts...they feel they need to be the protector, the hunter and because of our instincts we seek out the mate to provide children as a built in instinct to procreate and build the race. I know it sounds strange, but do some research...
Thats one weird thing about humanity...we have progressed so fast that we have not lost all our instincts that guided us when we were basic and technologically deprived. There are other things too...some guys feel like they aren't a man unless they father kids, and some are just ready to settle down and start a family...but we're not all the same.

Not sure if this helped but its a tough question that could have a thousand different answers because all guys are different and have different reasons for what they want, and different expectations.

Some guys dream of one day finding the right woman, and start
making babies. When a woman says I am not ready some guys get angry about because they would expect a woman to yes immediately. It's up to a woman to decide when she is ready a another man's baby.I don't expect to be a father ever, but if it happens it happens. It's not that I don't like children,it's just that taking care of children is a big responsibility, and I don't fit well with that. But I respect others who care for children, and love them.Men who get mad at a women, just for not baring a man's child is wrong. But there are some men that get angry about it,because
they don't want their women to make them wait until the age of forty of fifty to start a family.I don't have any children so I can't really answer a question like that, and I never asked a woman
to bare my child, but my ex told me that she wants me to make
her baby,I told her no and that started a big argument and she
broke up with me.It's my d*ck and I'll do what I want with it.I hope this answers your questions missy.

This happens because some guys have ego issues that need to be tamed. These same "gentlemen" are also limited in their ability to be rational.

By the way, what do you mean by "guys"? Have you been asked by multiple "guys" to have their children? If so, run as far away from these "guys" as possible. They must have some seriously growing up to do...

Stay the course and wait until YOU are ready mentally, physically and financially.

lol not all feel this way , but remember that not all guys are the same and some are a little more sensitive than others, and they have a different way of thinking of things. If he's too sensitive you need to have a serious talk with him. Other than that tell him (if you want) that you want kids with him, but not now. If he's still bugging you then he's just rushing it

im guessing this is not guys in general, but someone you know. it doesnt happen with all guys, and this guy probably just really wants to have a baby now, and doesnt want to wait until the woman is ready. basically he's being selfish. a couple should only have a baby if they are both ready for it.

Well, dating is partly about aligning priorities. If a guy is ready to have kids and you are not, you may not be compatible in terms of what you want in life now.

Nothing wrong with that but certainly its a very legitamate to not date somebody.

If the guy likes everything else about you, he might feel bad. They are only human.

They see it as a form of rejection. Have you tried explaining why you are not ready for kids (school, career, fear of bringing an innocent child into a dying world). If you give them a reason why that is not related to them then they may feel hurt.

I dont know because when my wife and I had our first baby it was a slip up. As a matter of fact the other one was too.

Probably for the same reason girls get mad when we told them that we are not ready to plop any bun of ours into their ovens. They think that we don't want their babies.
