i know my parents wan't the best for me,but when they do not allow me to have a social relationship,it makes me felt so sad..i wanna hv a social activities,wat can i do? is it ok if i'm lied to them?

I think you should take things slow and take life easy, one step at a time. Parents do thing the way they do because they know what life is, they have gone through it before you did, and they have a lot of experience. Life is long and you will have plenty of time to do the things you want. Try to focus on your school work, and have friends, even close friends, but I wouldnt suggest a relationship because then you become so close to this person and it wouldnt be fair for your friend not to be able to spend time with you because your parents dont let you. And your gonna end up breaking up, and its gonna hurt alot. Try to do things right so that your life goes well and you will have plenty of time to have a relationship.
But you can have social activities, ask your parents if you can bring a bunch of friends to your house so that they understand that your ok with their rules but you want to have fun too.

OK, so if you are in your younger teens and below (i guess less than 13 or so) then just deal with it and live your life with their rules. We all have rules and if not dating is one of them, don't spend your life being sad etc. Just move on, but if you are an older teen and you feel you are ready for a relationship, then don't let anyone stop you...not even your parents. You do need to respect them, but if they are unreasonable and you know what you are doing, then go ahead. Just be discreet (if you don't know what this means then you are too young to date) about it. Anyhow, just live you life and have fun and work hard...soon you will forget all about this yahoo! question you have asked and this will all be so silly in the future.

You will probly end up more sad if you get into relationships when your parents think you shouldn't.
