Well technically from a electrical stand point wrong. This is only because there is the possibility that an electrical charge could go through you heart. This then screwing up your heart rate, and then possibly killing you. But then again from experience I have never had anything bad happen to me yet any how. This is also because the amount of current stored in the battery is not high enough to kill you. So I would have to say that is not wrong but yet at the same time it is not right either. So in reality technically it is OK as long as the battery is not high powered.

what you are feeling is actually the acidity plus a dose of electricity as it slowly melts and consumes you brain and nerves. keep doing this and in less than a year you most likely suffer from a stroke and there won't be oxygen going to your brain as the acid and small amount of electricity damaged your blood vessels causing a rapture at which point blood won't go to your brain. this means a VERY, very slow death for you. you will be suffering from no air and will be gasping like a fish as there is NO oxygen in your brain, you then rot and then die.
lol, just kidding. I don't know if its good, that small amount of electricity should not hurt you I guess, of course this doesn't mean its good for you.
