Don't take $50 and free burritos for what happened to you! It costs you more for the dentist to fix your tooth and whether or not you had to have stitches in your lip. The company is just trying to quiet you with those burritos if you ask me! Go for it! It will prevent other consumers from getting ripped off!

I would say they owe you a little more that $50.00.Thank goodness it wasn't your son that ate the burrito, did you need stitches for your lip? They should pay your dentist bill to have your tooth repaired and any additional medical expenses. Then maybe kick in the free burritos. It might be a good idea to go and get an estimate on the cost for your tooth. I would take this information to them and ask that they pay ( dentists are so expensive ) and if they refuse then take them to small claims court for damages. Good luck!! : )

You're going to have a very hard time proving ANY of what you have just said.

Did you save the piece of glass and the burrito?
If not, then you have no case.

Go to your dentist and have this documented immediately! This is proof of this unfortunate event.

Yes, you should sue! Glass in your food is serious! Imagine if you did give that burrito to your son.

I would do more than go after the company. I would make it publicly known!

I deffintly think you should look into legal matters about that. Especially if they are only offering you $50.. that wouldnt even cover medical cost to see a doctor if you were badly hurt.

Most of us in here are not professionals in this field and if they are, they are practicing law in the wrong place, IMHO!

Document everything and call a professional. You may have a case or may have just ruined it by coming in here!

Good luck with all!

If it was glass I would of reported it to police! Sue if you want, but what about other customers eating there if more glass is in the food?
