We are looking for a company that insures your drivers license?

I don't think anybody insures your drivers license.

If you don't own a car, that would be a "named non-owned" policy. Companies don't like to write them. You need to contact a local agent, who'd be willing to go to the state fund/assigned risk plan to get this type of policy.

If you DO own a car, the "named nonowned" policy doesn't apply - in other words, if there are ANY cars in your household, owned by ANY household members, that policy excludes any coverage for any of those cars being driven by the "insured" person.

insures your LICENSE??

maybe Lloyds of London (they seem to insure anything for a price) but I doubt anybody will insure your license
