-we have lunch at work separated from everyone else and together.
-she's mentioned if i wanted to get to know her and her roommates better.
-she laughts, i flirt, talk about other people's dates, deep stuff.

your thoughts?

It's been 6 months since I've known her. Continue to hang out her more often, or go with the big question of, "btw, do you want to go on a date?"

well boo. ask her out! just be like "hey [[insert name here]] wanna go get some lunch. theres this great diner [[name street with good food NOT MCDONALDS]] i just thought i'd take you up on that wanna get to know me better." and when your asking look into her eyes. not at your feet or her chest. smile. and dont be stiff. and if she says ya at lunch talk to her dont let the convo. fall. make sure you always have something to talk about. if you are nervous about it write stuff down to talk about just for refrence. dont bring it out on a date or anything.

Ok. my suggestion, don't ever in your right mind say that sentence, "btw, do you want to go on a date?". Say something more comfortable and relaxing, like "would you care to join me tommorrow for dinner?" or "i was wondering if you would like to go to (blank) with me on (blank).

Keep going with the flow, but don't ask her on a date. Tell her you want to take her on a date. It shows more confidence and masculinity.

if you like her why not ask her on a date what's the worse that could happen if she says no then your in the same place you are now but at least then you'd know. Good Luck!

If you like her, then ask her already! No woman wants a coward for a boyfriend!

She will let you know how she feels, if you ask.
