Why is this category so popular, yet people are so immature and ask such ridiculous questions that it gets annoying? Cant the ones who dont care about God find a different category to be immature in? Or do you think that the immature ones, really want to get close to God but they are too afraid so they come to this category and choose to act out and make jokes, so they dont have to feel so inferior?

Yes this question is for the people who ask the insanely stupid and perverse and idiotic things and make the stupid comments because they are being stupid. Everyone has a right to their own opinion, who am I to judge, but lets all be mature here. And as for the atheists, is that a religion? and if not then why are there so many in the religious category?

I really feel what your saying!! I don't understand why people would want to go out of their way knowingly to hurt someone else, I want rather get hit by a car then read some of the comments in this category. The only thing that I can say is, that someday they will regret their answers that they have written, when they will have to face our Father in heaven.

It's not clear who you mean. Are you complaining about the tiresome trolls who just ask disrespectful, weak-humoured or obscene questions behind a string of accounts that are serially deleted, or is this another thinly-veiled complaint against the presence of atheists and other non-Christians?

This category is the most popular because there is the most controversy here, the most outrageous questions (and answers), the most stupidity, the most irreverence ... it's like a soap opera. Very entertaining. That's not to say it doesn't have it's serious side and you *can* learn a lot here ... but you asked why it's popular, yet attracts "all kinds". That's why. As for Atheists, they have every right to be here (particularly as often as they are discussed).

If you haven't noticed, stupidity happens in other categories, too. NASCAR fans have to endure comments about how we're all stupid rednecks in "Auto Racing," for instance.
The jokes happen when people get too hostile or serious. You're being rather hostile to atheists and other people who don't believe the way you do right now.
This section is for all religions and spiritualities, not just yours. It is for asking questions about them, not adhering to them. We're more welcoming in LGBT, you know that? People who aren't gay come in to ask questions about gay people, and we don't call on them to get thrown out or leave or tell them they're awful if they're not being mean.

if you think that it is only those who do not believe in God that are immature .. then you havent been looking too closely
i agree that at times the immature questions are annoying but you cannot say this is only from those who dont believe in God
and im sure they dont feel inferior at all

You must be new because the christians call out the atheist all of the time. I know both sides has its share of knuckleheads but if you look at the big picture, it's the christians who are immature.

They just want to harass other people. They claim that they don't like to be preached to, but where are they. There isn't anyone bothering them at home, so they come here to be preached to. What a stupid argument!!! If they didn't want anything to do with religion, they would be on another website looking at a topic that they enjoy. But no, instead they are here in a section that they dont think exists. I dont go to alien websites because I dont think they are real. Why they come here is anyones guess.

This catergory is so popular because there is no right or wrong that can be proven. Its not like the lnague section where you can just translate something and its right or wrong. Also people or at least I, want to defend my beliefs and defend those who believe like i believe.

everybody has the right to be in this section as everybody has something to say when it comes to the subject of religion however the problem that arises is that people are misusing this forum instead of learning about different religions and their beliefs people are using this forum to convert and deconvert people to and from religion and to debate one another
