Hi. Maybe you can advice me. I got wrecked last Friday and got a tattoo on my forearm of a Swastika and a Skull and Crossbones on my forearm. I am not a racist and at the time thought it was a laugh. Also I don't have the money to get it removed. I go swimming quiet a lot and don't see how I can cover this up. I think I asked for a swastika and a flamethrower but was too plastered to remember completly. This is what happens when you watch history channel drunk. Help please.

Having a Swastika is surely not going to make you look like a Boy Scout. Drinking and Inking is never a good idea. I get called a Nazi a lot because of my shaved head and it sucks. Good luck with your situation. If you really don't like it, have a red circle with a line through it added on when it heals.

doh!!

Skull And Crossbones Tattoo

Well, i would say the skull and crossbones reminds me more of a pirate than a Nazi... but do you remember when prince harry wore a nazi uniform to a costume party and everyone and their brother freaked out?! Expect the same reaction... one idea is to go back and get it covered up... you could also pick the scab. The reason tattoo artists tell you not to pick the scab is because it will pull the ink out... i dont know iv never had this type of problem... sorry.

Well, it may be seen that way but that also goes back to the fact that tattoos aren't for other people but for the person that has them. If you aren't racist then you aren't, a tattoo doesn't make you what you have on your skin. Instead of getting them removed see about getting a cover up job done if it's possible. One quick question ... other than being drunk, how is a swastika funny? Not meant in a mean way just wondering! Hope I helped!

I'm kind of surprised that an artist tattooed you if you were drunk...I would quickly think of a cover up that you can get tattooed in that area...that isn't cool that you have a swastika on you. Until you get your cover up...I would suggest making sure to cover up your tattoo...I personally would see that and think that you were a white supremacist if I saw that....also - you might want to think of this too...if you're alone and you see people who are really offended by your tattoo, you're asking to potentially get jumped.

no of course it doesn't make you a nazi, but anyone who knows what a swastika is will think you are. as an artist i would reccomend you get the artist who did it to cover the swastika part fast and free, since he should have never tattooed someone plasterd, especially with a swastika. i would've never done something that controversial on anyone who was not completely sure and sober. hell, as a matter of fact i would never tat that on anyone. period.

Wow, Sorry but yes it does. You should plead with someone to help you get money to get it off. This should be your number 1 priority. Your life can be wreaked by being seen as a NAZI. Try and get it wrote over. If the swastika is in one color then get it written over into a star or something else

I'm more blown away by the fact that an artist tattooed you while you were "plastered" than I am about the Swastika. Most legitimate artists would refuse to tattoo you while you were intoxicated...

Well, it does not make you a Nazi, but it may be sending a wrong message to people that will see it. Not to mention the fact that if you try to get a job, well... just make sure it doesn't show. Eventually maybe you can look into getting it removed, or covered up with something else.
