I bought a tub with assorted nuts and they are just starting to stale a little is there anything to freshen them up?

Just spread out on a bakign sheet, and roast again for about 5-10 min. on 300ºF. When you smell them, take them out and cool on a clean dish towel.

Sprinkle a little water on them (just a spritz) and put them in the microwave for about 30-40 seconds.

Try baby powder, stale nuts is not good.
