Are you asking if Dr Maurice Bucaille converted to Islam?
The answer is no, and even if he did. Big deal. He was a highly paid author/ Dr. and he did what his employer hired him for.
Does that validates the Quran, or disprove it if he didn't! no, to either.
William F. Campbell M.D. research to find whether Dr. Bucaille did convert to Islam or not, and here is what some of what he found out.
"Known fact: The Muslim man whom I met in Tunisia in 1977, and who introduced me to Bucaille's book, told me that in 1976 Bucaille came and gave a lecture in Sousse, Tunisia. After the lecture my friend went up and asked him whether he had become a Muslim. Dr. Bucaille answered, "No."
Second known fact: At a public lecture in Fez Morocco in either 1981 or 1983, a friend of mine asked during the question period whether Dr. Bucaille had become a Muslim. Again Dr. Bucaille said, "No."
I sent Dr. Bucaille a copy of my book and I wrote him about various points three times, but he has never answered. A Catholic journal made a positive review of my book. Bucaille responded but his comments showed that he had not read my book carefully. In one instance his criticism was answered just a few pages after the page he quoted.
I have no knowledge as to whether he has become a Muslim since 1981, but I doubt it."

I am a scientist. I spent five years in Saudi Arabia, and examined Islam closely, reading two separate translations of the Qur'an from cover to cover, as well as attending novice classes and reading numerous supporting materials. I was particularly interested in seeing whether there is anything in the Qur'an which could be considered as either correct or incorrect science. It contains nothing of either sort. I encountered a book entitled Scientific Proofs of the Koran, and of course I bought and read it. It is total drivel: no one who has any knowledge of science would agree with a word of it. Although the Qur'an has no science, it does have some economics -- including one error which is so flagrant that it is the bane of every society which tries to conduct itself on Islamic principles.

I'm confused regarding the question. No one would convert to Islam with a gobble-de-gooby question like that.

What was the question?
No, all science isn't in the Quran. You can find all science in textbooks, journals, and laboratories all around the world, but there are a lot of amazing concepts in the Quran that the rest of the world rejected until relatively recently.
