I tried Sambuca Di Amore and Romano but never any other brands and I would like to see what the best is!

Try this:
Ingredients
1/2 liter of already made coffee
1/4 liter of any sambuca liqueor
1/2 cup of black sugar
300 grs. de chocolate
1/3 cup of cognac
Preparation:
place coffee in a pot with sambuca, black sugar and chocolote (break it into little pieces)
turn on fire and bring mixture to boil, boil for 5 minutes, remove from fire and let it cool.
Add cognac,and mix. Bottled it and serve ina week!
By the way, Sambuca like liquors depend on the amount of sugar in it!!

A above, it tastes of liquorice, with a slight kick. I adore it and a holiday favourite of mine. Don't bother mixing it, setting it alight or downing it in one. Try tasting it first. If you like it, then neck it in one. If not, still neck it, but mae sure you have another drink to take the taste away. I prefer Pernod (aniseed). If you like Pernod, you will like Sambucca.

If you want the best, you need to try:
Opal Nera - a type of black sambucca but tastier and less harsh on the throat.
