study harder to get better. If you just aren't getting it, you need to ask someone for help, either your parents, teacher or guidance counselor

if my math grades are falling down i would ask the teacher for help if u don't get it or if your falling behind on all your class ask for work on your brakes to get your grades up.

get grinds... try to spend some extra time at it in the evenings.. i know it's hard but if you want to bring them back up you'll have to put some more work into it... or if this fails maybe you should drop down to a lower level (that's what i did) cos if you're not able for it there is no point putting pressure on yourself and spending time on it that you could be putting into other subjects instead..

Try a tutor. You could also talk to your teacher about it and a lot of times they are willing to help if you are showing an effort to want to do better. If it's just information that you are having trouble understanding, a parent or older sibling/cousin could even help. Just don't give up on it...

better to do work hard, practice and practice..try to make it solve with play way method....otherwise be a coward left forever.
