Well, frozen dinners are a given.
You can m/w scrambled eggs. Get you a small dish, spray w/ a shot of Pam, and crack and egg or two in it. Scramble, nuke for 10-15 seconds. Chop up and stir w/ a fork, nuke again 10-15 seconds until done.
You can then put this on a tortilla w/ cheese and ready-cooked bacon, or an English Muffin, or even frozen biscuit. (I think there are some refrig. biscuits that you can nuke, too, now.)
Also soups, stews, cheese dip (velvetta cubes + Pace picante sauce) and chips, ravioli-o's, and other canned goods.
Keep tuna or chicken and mayo/mustard packets in your fridge for q quick sandwich spread or to eat on crackers.

You may want to get a microwave oven--maybe $40 bucks at walmart. It will give you a lot more options--pizza, chicken nuggets, grilled sandwiches...
With the microwave--there are boxed items like mac n cheese, or hamburger helper, also try baked potatos (10 minutes on medium high, poke holes through it).

this was good, probably not that healthy though....you could just leave off the sauce and breading.....just lightly oil, salt and pepper the outside of chicken after tucked, then microwave as directed.
Broccoli-stuffed chicken breasts (microwave)
Categories: Broccoli
Yield: 4 Servings
1 pack (10 Oz.) frozen chopped broccoli; coo
2 Green onions; minced
4 ounce (1 c.) Monterey Jack cheese shredded
3 large Whole chicken breasts; skinned boned, and
3 slice (1 Oz.) cooked ham; cut in half
1 cup Fresh bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Parsley
½ teaspoon Paprika
3 tablespoon Margarine; melted
1 tablespoon Flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
â
teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Milk
Drain broccoli well and put in large bowl with green onions and half the cheese and mix. Pound each chicken breast to 1/4 inch and top each with 1 piece ham and an equal amount of broccoli mixture. Carefully fold chicken in; half over broccoli filling; neatly tuck ends under. In pie plate or on waxed paper, combine bread crumbs, parsley and paprika. Brush chicken with margarine, using about 1 tablespoon. Coat chicken with seasoned bread crumbs. In 9x13 inch baking dish, place chicken. Cook covered loosely with waxed paper on high 100% power 10 to 12 minutes until fork-tender. To prepare sauce, place remaining melted margarine in bowl. Add flour, salt and pepper; gradually stir in milk. Microwave on high 3 1/2 minutes or until boiling, stirring twice. Add remaining cheese, stirring until melted. Spoon sauce around chicken.
