try taking a warm bath with low lighting, if that doesn't work have someone rub the nerve endings at the base of your back right above the buttocks. hope this helps.

Headaches - Most common cause is a lack of water. The chief neurologist at UCDavis hospital (10 years ago) told my husband that running a body low on water is like running a car low on oil - and you know what happens then. The quick fix for a minor one is a couple swigs of molasses or a couple of bananas because they both contain magnesium (which the body uses to regulate many things) and potassium which the muscles use.
With a baby I would just about put money on the muscles in your back being tight. As well as across the shoulders (probably on the front side as well), front and back of the neck especially at the base and if you were to lightly scratch or rub all through your hair (the rest of your head is possible) you would probably find little sore spots that you were not aware of. They are knots called trigger points in the muscles causing them to be tight. Rub them 6-12 times a session as many as 6 times a day until they go away.
For more information on muscles, pain, referred pain and the scientific basis used read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
