I'm 6'1 and prefer to date taller guys, I did try dating shorter guys but it just makes me feel awekward... maybe it's just me being silly... what are your thoughts?

Yea I know, I find it very difficult to find a nice tall guy.. being able to wear heels (like most girls do) without towering over the guy.
I know it's not an insult coz most guys think I'm too tall for 'em also.
It just makes dating, which is hard anyway, so much harder - I think.

No, most people feel the same. Unless you develop a desire to date short guys - stay with the tall ones. I am 5'6" and dated a guy 5'8" once. I was always very uncomfortable, trying to slump so I felt shorter than him.

I do not think it is wrong to only date guys older than u. I would feel uncomfortable dating a shorter guy. And since you are so tall maybe if you can not find some one your height you should try dating people the same height as you.

Well to be honest with you good luck finding guys taller than you. The average height of a man is about 5'8" . No I don't think it's a bad thing that you prefer a taller guy but don't be picky either. I prefer tall girls myself.

I've always found tall girls very sexy. Looks be damned, their height is a sufficient turn on, even today. In my student days I once landed a really tall girl myself. And a good looker too. Sadly we didn't go far enough.
No, there's nothing wrong in your fancying tall men. And you needn't feel awkward with shorties either. Short men find tall girls a real turn on. You never know, you might find them more desirable sex partners. And I'm sure you have a lot to give too.

you have been conditioned since birth to think that men should always be taller than woman. Don't accept it. in this day and age you can do anything. Besides tall men are wimps, the toughest blokes i ever knew were sas commandos and none of them were above 5ft 10.

No I understand where you are coming from i am 6ft 2 and I prefer short women my wife is tiny lol I wouldn t like to be with a woman who is taller then me but it is all personal preference

It's not weird that you want to date taller guys.Most women do.I'm 5'6 and prefer taller guys I've never dated anyone shorter then me.Even though your height shouldn't matter it's what's on the inside isn't it.

I don't think it's wierd. I think its a bit strange wen the guy is shorter.....I'm sure you'll find a tall guy.....you'll be the first to spot him in the crowd anyway so you have an advantage;)x
