I'd answer, but I don't usually remember either. Sometimes you don't, you just give up and spend the night wherever you are.
Have you ever noticed how you always seem to end up with cuts and bruises as well, but have no idea how?
Something else to remember (as pointed out by Lee Evans), is the beer doesn't make you ill, sleep does. You go to bed feeling great, you wake up feeling like sh*t.

Well, that isn't always true. One time long ago, I ended up waking up in a ditch about a mile and a half from the safety of my home. Who knows how I got there?...

Drunks and homing pigeons have one thing in common - they ALWAYS know the way home. (OK freak electrical storms can cause pigeons problems, but drunks are not affected (well assuming they don't climb into an electrical substation on the way home (but that's another story))).

I'm with you on the memory loss thing, but quite a few times I haven't made it home before. There have been a few strange encounters!

Even after a gallon of neat petrol I'm still fit enough to find my way home. Never forget, do make some stupid mistakes, but thats life!!!!!

It's the ride on the wild side that erases our memory and for the better...you wouldn't want to see yourself being an idiot...that's what you have friends for...those flash backs are embarassing enough!

you kind of take a shortcut through strange places with traffic cones(did we wander up a motorway?) and police helmets (omg..didwe almost get arrested??) then theres the sheep (what the fk!!) and the empty condom wrappers (WHO the fk!!...Nooo not the sheep...!!!) but don't worry about not remembering cos theres always at least one mate who ALWAYS has a camera...
