And the question is will God forgive me even if I forget some of my sins that I did? In other words, what if you can't remember all the sins that you did? (not that I commit sins everyday)

Also if you read my story in my link, this is another question, it says in the Bible that God will not forgive anyone that uses his name in vain. Will he make a exception for me because I don't do it on purpose?

It would be impossible for us to remember every sin that we have committed. For example: A 75 year old person is praying the sinner's prayer for the first time in his/her life and would have the sins of 75 years and probably could remember only a small percentage of the wrongs over a 75 year period.
God knows everything about you so when you ask for forgiveness of your sins, he takes them all away. The Bible says that He remembers them no more.
I admire your commitment and will say a prayer for your christian growth.
God bless and keep you.

When you confess that you are a sinner - there is no reason to name every sin at that time....God knows what they are. As time goes by and you've made a commitment to turn from your sinful life and live for the glory of God, your prayer and communion with Him will draw you closer and He will reveal to you things you have to pay attention to and truly repent of.

If you are referring to the Catholic tradition of confessing each sin to a priest - that is a Catholic catechism teaching - it's not really biblical. God wants you to acknowledge Him - and turn to Him - and rely on Him. Once you do that, it's easy to follow Him and your life becomes far less complicated.... and yes.... YOU ARE FORGIVEN as far as east is from west.

EDIT
re using the Lord's name in vain. Your use of His name in a derogatory way does indeed hurt Him. And no - you can't use the excuse that you don't do it on purpose... you do. Trust me - I am a reformed 4 letter word freak. Again, the closer you get to God, the less likely it will be that you will even want to use His name in vain - because you realize the He is who He says He is, and you wouldn't want to insult that would you?

God will always forgive you, no matter what you do. This may seem impossible at times, but God is simply that amazing and powerful. And also, it's nothing to be ashamed of if you sin every day. You're human, and it happens. Every single person that has ever lived has sinned (except Jesus and Mary). It really is nothing to be ashamed of. It is impossible to remember everything. Even if you go to confession every day, like they used to, it is still extremely hard to remember every single thing that you did. Just tell the priest your major sins that really weigh heavily on you, and he will also absolve you of your venial sins. I hope this helps.

If you are sorry and repent, God will forgive you for using His name in vain. Also, you don't have to remember every sin to be sorry for them. Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is the continual, willfull, rejection of Jesus Christ. If a person had committed the "unpardonable sin" they would not want to repent. If a person wants to repent, that shows that they have not committed it and that it is not too late. See www.equip.org

Of course, God forgives ALL, all that you have to do is ASK.Salvation is not based on whether a Christian has confessed and repented of every sin. Yes, we should confess our sins to God as soon as we are aware that we have sinned. However, we do not always need to be asking God for forgiveness. When we place our faith in Jesus Christ for salvation, ALL of our sins are forgiven. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9). 1 John 1:9 tells us to do is “confess” our sins to God. The word “confess” means “to agree with.” When we confess our sins to God, we are agreeing with God that we were wrong, that we have sinned.
its good to know you want to have a relationship with God. Repent of your sins and be baptized to wash away your sins. Its important to be baptized To follow the example set by CHRIST: "At that time Jesus came from Nazareth and was baptized by John in the river" (Mark 1:9).
Because Christ COMMANDS it!: "Jesus said, 'Go then, to all the people everywhere and make them disciples, baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit and teach them to obey everything I have commanded you" (Matthew 28:19).
It demonstrates that I really am a BELIEVER : "...those who believed..were baptized and added to the church" (Acts 2:21).
(Be sure you are baptized by immersion),Because Jesus was baptized that way. "As soon as Jesus was baptized, He went up out of the water." Matt. 3:16 There is no reason to delay. As soon as you have decided to receive Christ into your life, you can and should be baptized. If you wait until you are "perfect", you'll never feel "good enough"! God Bless!

It isn't in what all you did or didn't do.It is that we were born into sin because what Adam did.
John the baptist said ...behold the lamb of God that taketh away the sin of the world.
I thought the same way you do when I first started out with the Lord.I assure you if you believe in Jesus his word says that you are clean through the word that I have spoken unto you.

When you pray all you have to do is ask God to forgive you of all your sins and He will as long as you don't go back and do the same thing again.

If we receive Jesus as our Savior, our penalty for sin is paid. We are adopted into God's family, and Heaven is our eternal home. If we reject Jesus, we remain alienated from the Lord and under condemnation for our sin. We are destined to experience eternal judgment. God won't accept any of man's excuses because there is no acceptable defense for unbelief. (Acts 4:12)
Become part of God's family today. Acknowledge your sinfulness, and express your faith in these words:
"God, I have sinned against You. (Romans 3:23) I've followed my own way and refused to give You the right to rule in my life. (Romans 3:10-12) I recognize I am separated from You and cannot rescue myself. I do believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son. I accept the truth of the Scriptures? that His death on the cross paid my sin-debt in full. (1 Corinthians 15:3-4) And I ask You to forgive me of my sins. (1 John 1:9) By faith, I receive You, Lord Jesus, as my personal Savior from this moment on."
If you just spoke those words to God, then, like the thief on the cross, you have received salvation? a gift of God's grace. The heavenly Father welcomes every person who comes to Him through His Son, regardless of background, age, or current situation. Through Jesus, the right to enter paradise is yours!

Wow, you don't sin every day...amazing! Do you walk on water, too?
Sins are thoughts, words, and deeds contrary to God's teachings. So if you say or think something "not nice" about someone or if you lust after someone, you are sinning! Sin is much more than just breaking the Ten Commandments.
Once you accept Christ as your savior, all you have to do is name your sins; you don't have to ask for forgiveness; that was all done on the cross.
