Wow... that totally depends your personal situation...

I mean.... Are you married or single? Do you feel confident with yourself? Are you inadequecies based on fact or emotional distress?

To be honest with you... I'm a dude... and I'm a boob guy... but more importantly... I respect a woman who respects herself. Is your signicant other totally superficial? Do you love him "to no end"? If you answered yes to both of those... then I'd say YES... get the boob job.

Hmm... I'm sounding so politically correct here... Fact be known... my wife has relatively small boobs... I don't expect she'll ever get a boob job... but I don't really want her too. Yeah... I "think" I like big boobs... because society tells me I'm supposed to... but I really love her confidence in herself... We don't all need to be Ken and Barbie to fit in...

Ugh... I never thought I'd be recomending that someone not get a boob job... but here I am... I don't care if you select my answer as best or not.... I'm just telling you the truth... and I'm not necessarly against boob jobs...

If you have a financial gain potential... Because your company or boss in superficial.... or... if your spouse is just dead set on having a mate with big boobs... or if you are really insecure about the the size of your boobs..... then YES... get a boob job... otherwise....

You're fine... you're perfect the way you are! Don't fall for the barbie doll mentality... It's just hollywood that says your boobs have to be a certain size and your waist hast to be another. Don't give in... the vast majority of people out there believe in normality... Whether your big or small... short or tall... the only abnormality you might suffer is being PERFECT because NO ONE IS!! Be yourself and find the person who loves you for being that!

With saline implants they start leaking after 5 years whereas silicone implants do not. Silicone only available in Europe. Not FDA approved here. There are pros and cons to both and there are some pretty ugly facts about implants that have caused multiple problems. Including having to have reconstructive surgery etc. And there are many who have had them that look unnatural and not in a nice way. No I would not do it. My breast size is a b cup.

I don't have them, but I have friends that do. One said it was the best thing she ever did for herself. She got them after having her children and her breasts were so much smaller than they were in the beginning. Another got them because she just wanted to feel more symetrical. One just wanted bigger boobs. They all like them and they all really researched their doctors before getting the surgery. I think that is key. I have seen a lot of crappy boob jobs out there (used to work in strip club).
The guys I know go either way on them. Some like the look and not the feel. Some love them both in looks and feel. Some only like natural.

I am against them. For years, they said that the silicone implants were safe, now they know they aren't and the women who got them are having terrible problems. Who's to say the same thing won't happen with the ones they are using now? Also, there is more to women than boobs, and we need to quit playing into the lie that we all have to have huge breasts, flawless skin, tiny waists and perfect hair to be beautiful human beings! And, let me ask you this: how many men do you know who would have a major and painful surgery to try to attract women? None that I know of. Be happy with the body and BRAINS that God gave you, and focus on more important things!

Breast implant surgery is very safe nowadays. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Fly2india4health Consultants. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients, as all surgery is not covered by insurance or by the stinking NHS.

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor I personally believe that your Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of Healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

My cousin got her Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery done there and she is more than very happy with the results. She is all praise for Fly2india4health Consultants. She paid just 20% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her. Hope this helps

I say don't get them. They're unattractive. Not to mention they're a health risk. Girls usually end up getting implants that are WAY too big for them and it ends up looking gross.

My advice: Take the money you'd spend on the implants and put it towards a good therapist to help you get over your insecurities.

i've never been a fan of big breasts, so with this in mind, i'd say no to implants. be natural, be yourself.. if you get big fake breasts, then you will attract the wrong kind of attention from the wrong kind of guys.. they will assume you are easy and assume you are looking for sex.

Well, I have hit my big 6-0 birthday and don't want them now that I have hit this age, but if I had the money when I was younger, I would have had them done in a heartbeat!

Now if I could just find someone to pay for a tummy tuck I would run to the table.....

I guess it depends on what you want. I wanted them when I was younger and my mom talked me out of it. I'm so glad she did. As I matured so did my chest and now they're just the perfect size. So, I think most women should wait until they're like 30 to get them when your body fully matures.

Don't get them. There are so many health risks involved that it's not even funny. Besides, they're too obvious, and they make your breasts feel terrible. You probably look fine the way you are.
