I suppose what you mean by "fried hair" is that it's been chemically processed and damaged. I would recommend going to a hair salon and ask them for "hot oil treatment." I tend to have "fried hair" too cause I color, curl, straighten and use a hair dryer, which are all very damaging to the hair. I go to my hair salon and get a hot oil treatment about every 2-3 months. My hair feels so much healthier afterwards. I also use Biolage Conditioning Balm, whenever I wash my hair, it's fantastic and you buy it at most hair supply stores.

If you want to do your own hot oil treatment at home, you can buy "V05 hot oil" from the drugstore and do it yourself, I've tried it but haven't had the same great results as the salon.

Joico K-Pak Shampoo & Conditioner

Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo 1x per week to remove product build-up and prep hair for deep conditioning. Follow w/ deep conditioner. (K-Pak can be left on 5-10 mins. for deep conditioning)

Jojoba oil - run a small drop through hair as leave in conditioner.

Try Nexxus Humectress Conditioner. You can use it every day as a conditioner and use it as a leave in conditioner on a weekly basis. It sure brought my hair back to life. Also, be sure to get your hair cut every six weeks.Good luck!!!

I used Pantene repair conditioner in the shower, but also I swear by Treseme leave in conditioner afterwards. I have fine hair and it doesn't weigh it down.
