Consultants can tell the difference between TB and pneumonia, by sound, x-rays, testing phlegm, etc. You must have a really incompetent doctor. It might cost you a lot to sue, can you get legal aid? You were obviously receiving the wrong treatment from the beginning. Never heard of anyone having pneumonia for 6 months. I had it a few years ago, same time as I had shingles, pleurisy and a kidney infection. Got all my results back in a day, but had to stay in hospital for 6 days. Did your doc refer you to a specialist?Took me about 2 months to recover. Your doc's an idiot who's playing with peoples lives

I guess i dont know the whole deal but i guess if it was me i wouldnt sue. For one TB is not a very commen thing and most doctors would have made the same mistake. For second it would put that doctor's corier in danger on purpose. His mistake was and accident.

I think you should consult a lawyer, it does seem to be negligence

I would try to. when it comes to my health !!!and go to another doctor for another opintion.good luck and health. im sorry you are going threw this.xxoo
