If you search using some keywords such as 'cruise deals' you are more than llikely to come up with tonnes of websites that all offer some good deals.

Most of these websites will have a special offer section that have some amazing deals and even 'perks' when you book. For example a bottle of champagne in your room on arrival...! A good example is here: http://www.idealcruising.co.uk/cruise-special-offers.html

If you keep looking you'll find a good deal and really ask the agent for their opinion... or if they've been on a cruise!

It kind of depends on where you are wanting to go and how much you are wanting to spend. I've included a link to a really great site with info on every ship.

Carnival is a good fun cruise, not as formal as some of the others, but also not the best line if you aren't into partying, drinking, etc. Royal Caribbean is a little nicer than Carnival, but costs almost the same. NCL is not one of the more popular lines, but is still very popular, especially for Hawaii cruises. Princess, Cunard, Celebrity, etc. is a higher end cruise line that is more formal and usually has older couples onboard.

My recommendation is to look into booking with a travel agent. They really help with the planning, working with budget, giving you good ideas/tips. As far as what sites, I would look at the link I gave you and also the actual cruise line sites, you can look of the ports they go to, their ships, get an idea of prices, rooms, etc.
