I watched the movie "The exorcism of Emily Rose" before bed last week and had a VERY scary nightmare of demons triying to get to my boyfriend and laughing at us. I was praying and quoting scripture in the dream to keep them back.
THE DREAM WASN'T THE SCARY PART...
I woke up and was terrified to look at the clock because I ALREADY knew what time it was...and sure enough...3:33 in the am.
This is SOOO creepy.....I sat there and prayed...Should I pray for my sweetie? My first boyfriend said he saw a demon fly overhead and dumped me soon after because he was so freaked out.
I'M NOT LYING... SO KEEP JUDGEMENTS TO YOURSELF PLEASE
Thank you! :)

Thanks for your thoughtful mature answers. The number 3 has always followed me so this experience only strengthens my faith.
Also for those who said it was my internal clock I just wanted you to know I'm a late sleeper and it's a HECK of a coincidence for it to happen on the night it did so I'm gonna stick to praying because there must be a reason this coincidence happened to me. I never wake up around then.
FYI: I'm a christian and my heart is for the Lord and will be always. God bless.

*The movie influenced your dreams. I watch Charmed on DVD every year when the new season comes out and after about 4 hours straight of charmed, I dream of fighting demons and warlocks. I do not beleive in demons and a warlock is a traitor.*

I don't believe that you are lying about this but I do think you should avoid watching horror films.
There are Demons in the world and nothing Hollywood has ever produced comes close to describing what they are like.
Some people can't handle the idea of things they can't see existing along side us. You sound like one of those people. There's nothing wrong with that but thinking about a world that you don't want to experience will make you unhappy.
Should you pray for your boyfriend? Yes, pray for him and for all those you care for. And thank God for all you have been given.
Now ask yourself has your life changed for the worst since seeing that film/? Probably not, it's just a film.
If you don't want the spirit world in your life don't think about it. You won't need to pray for protection all the time but keep your faith and don't be led in to temptation.
Don't be afraid and don't try to convince yourself you are stronger than Demons. The one thing which will get them raging and desperate to harm people is when a person challenges them - thinking "I'm stronger than you!". We aren't.
The good news is that most of them generally go after the people who do evil things. So don't worry...but do behave yourself.......and stop watching scary films!
If you really feel you are getting targeted, email me but first stop concentrating on darkness or you wiil miss seeing the light.
P.S. at 3am you body is at it's weakest and you mind is most off key.

Waking up at the same time every night isn't really a big deal. It will also happen if you set your alarm clock to the same time every day. Eventually, you'll find yourself waking up right before it goes off.
And dreams don't mean anything. Don't watch scary movies if you're prone to nightmares.

i don't think anyone is going to claim you were lying, but i'm just going to say that you sound like a two year old insisting that there are monsters under your bed. everyone has creepy dreams after seeing scary movies, and sometimes it's just a coincidence to wake up at certain times, next time you should just make a wish on the time :)

Im not lying or being judgemental here, but... The reason youre being "targetted" is because you're silly enough to believe this crap...
You wake up every day at 3:33 a.m. because your mind has programmed your body to wake up and look at the clock, in an effort to "prove" these silly thoughts you are having. I wake up every single day at 5:20 a.m. - you know why? Because my alarm is set for 5:30am, and my mind KNOWS this...
Dont worry about it - no demons are trying to get you. They dont exist. Dont watch scary movies before bedtime either.

I know a guy who could claimed to see demons. He used to date one of my close friends, but I never knew him too well. Anyway like the first time he went to her house, he saw the garage and just stopped "What's in there?" Her mother's boyfriend basically lived in the garage and had all his stuff in there. This guy said "I'm not going in there". he saw dark shadows cast over the garage. This guy was for real. I don't doubt your story at all.

Satan uses TV and other ways to scare, don't let him tread on you. You have more power than he has, in the name of Jesus the power of God flows, Satan will back down... don't let Satan's lies fool you. Satan's little buck knife doesn't compare to Jesus unlimited sword, and he knows it.
Our auras, display the feelings, emotions of our souls. God see them, angels see them, and Satan sees them. Even very sensitive people here can see them.Satan cannot read our thoughts. He can however, read our countenances, which can almost be the same as reading our thoughts. Satan desires to have us. We can protect ourselves by controlling our thoughts, by allowing the light of Christ to enter our lives. As we do this, the light of Christ will shine through us and will actually appear in our countenances.

i think the film has sparked your imagination thats all
that doesnt mean you are lying though
and our brain can wake at a precise time if we wish it to
i know people who dont use an alarm clock because they tell themself what time they wish to get up .... and they do
so perhaps due to this film scarying you , your brain knew that you had a feeling you would wake at 3.33 and you did

What religion are you? Seriously get some Holy Water from a Catholic Church. I keep mine in a spray bottle right by my bed. When I wake in the middle of the night like that I spray all around me and immediately everything calms down. Try it. The Holy Water is free, just bring a nice clean container (like the spray bottle) and get some.
