Have you tried going to the Home Depot website, they may have some color shades.
Shades of green, you might want to try a little Irish light tinted green, or lime green. I personally don't like any shade of dark green, including Forest Green.

Colors are more over powering on the wall than on a little paint chip. Go look at all the paint samples and see just what colors you really are drawn to. There has to be a million and one green hues and the names will vary by paint maker so these little word pictures won't help much. Good luck.
But FYI - I like "sea foam"

The best thing for you to do is to go to your local paint or hardware store. Take a look at all the green paint chips. Take a bunch home and compare them while in your room, so you'll have the proper lighting.

yellow-greens are light, fresh, and lively. blue-greens are more bold and cool.
I think youre probably looking for a yellow green. try celery green, its light and cheerful, and not quite as yellowy as lime.
stay away from primary or neon green cuz they are just too overpowering and you'll tire of them quickly.
good accent colors for celery green are: white, black, bubble gum pink, dark chocolate brown.
PS: dont look at the online colors because they rarely show the color acurately. get the chips from a paint store.

My friend did a room in light and dark mint color vertical stripes that were about 6" wide using painters tape. Sounds weird, but it was sort of a warmer mint shade and it looked great!
