Well, there are alot of posh people who live in cities like NYC who do not have cars, so don't feel bad. If you do not live within walking distance of a restaurant or movie, you could invite her over for a spaghetti dinner and rent a movie. Also ask another couple over so it does not seem like you are trying to be too forward on a first date. You could also play cards or a boardgame for four, this would give you a chance to shine. You know what I mean. You did not give a lot of info, so it is hard to answer this question.

CUTE! Get her a rose, or her mom a rose. Then take her for dinner, then bowling or something fun. Dont take her to a movie, you wont be able to talk, and talking should be a main thing on a date. Or take her to a park, the zoo, anywhere fun. Rides wise, could her parent take there, and your parents drive you both home? or a sibling? good luck :)

pick her up on your bike, put her on your handle bars and ride some where quiet and dark. pull that bad boy over, drop the kick stand. bend the girl over and put it in her butt. once you finish, leave her there and go home and wash up.
