Your answer is found at Psalm 145:18, Isaiah 1:18, Acts 17:26, James 4:8 and Romans 2:11 to name a few. All of us must have a right heart attitude. Unequal access is on our part. Consider what he told rebellious Israel in the days of the prophet Isaiah: “Even though you make many prayers, I am not listening; with bloodshed your very hands have become filled.” (Isaiah 1:15) So certain actions can cause God not to listen to our prayers. For our prayers to be favorably heard by God, therefore, we must meet some basic requirements. One requirement is faith the apostle Paul said without faith it is impossible to please God. Hebrews 11:6. We must also be humble, sincere and be respectful in our approach. If we are not, how would we gain access?

Everyone has equal access if you read and believe the Bible. All you need to do is pray, believe. God is for everyone...however...if you are in a certain religion, say, catholicism the priests have more access to God, which is why I am personally not catholic. It doesn't say anywhere in the Bible that anyone has more access to God than another person.
I personally have not been being the person I wish to be, and so I have inadvertantly cut off my access to God...meaning, I don't feel worthy of praying to him when I am not doing what he has asked me to do. I while I CAN have access, i choose through my sinful life to not have equal access. Hopefully I can change that someday!

In every sense everyone has equal access to God! Whether someone chooses to use that access is a personal choice to every individual.

Through prayer and faith everyone can have equal and eternal access to God for all things are possible through God.
As Christians who have accepted both our own failings on this earth as humans and our salvation through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, we have a different, more intense, more spiritual access than those who don't believe.

The salvation power of GOD gives us access to HIM and everything that concerns HIM anything outside of this would be called trespassing. so those that have not accepted him really are unequal and not worthy of the benefits in terms of accessing the power of GOD and HIS kingdom.

Everyone has equal access. We can, each of us, go into that place beyond words and allow ourselves to be filled with wonder and thankfulness and awe.
How we get there...well, that will be different for different types of people.

Acts 2:38!!! When we repent of our sins & are baptized by immersion in His Name!! We are forgiven of all of our sins. And when we receive the gift of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in an unknown language(that is the earnest) of our inheritance. Then we can communicate with Him in the Spirit!!

Romans 8:29-30 -
For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.
Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.

we can come boldly to the throne of grace and find favor. He died for the sins of the world, so we can all be saved by being baptized in Jesus name for the remission of your sins and receiving the Holy Ghost. reigning in heaven with the Lord forever because those who are unrepented is damned, hell bound.
