Take him to a child psychologist. He sounds he has behavioral problems. Then the psychologist can help find ways to rectify his behavioral issues and you can do activities to keep with it.... other wise, cut your hair short and put some inflatable gloves on his hands. and let him do what he does and slowly go nuts.....

Whoa! Everybody, you need to remember that he is only two years old! (Ever heard of the "terrible twos"?) Two year olds are craving independence. They want to do things THEIR way and they want to do it by themselves! Most two year olds find it hard to understand that other people have feelings, too - they are very "self-centered", because they simply aren't developmentally ready to feel empathy. All the same, when he hits or pulls at your hair, firmly tell him "No". If he continually tries to hit you, catch his arm and tell him, "I will not let you hit me, because it hurts." If he is hitting out of anger or frustration, help him find better ways to express this.
Find positive ways that you and your brother can interact. Read books to him; play made-up games or let him pick things to do. Give him as many choices as possible to help with his need to do things his way. Remember, though, that the choices you give must be acceptable, no matter what he chooses!
Good Luck!
