we're kinda of friends, not too close, but i asked him to trunabout (dance where girls ask guys) it was kinda an impulse thing, didn't think tto much, cuz then i wouldn't go through with it. i didn't ask in persona nd he hasn't given me an answer even though TB is in like 3 days. now i feel akward around him which is exactly what i was hoping wouldn't happen . what should i do? we're not close enough that i can just ask him what should i do
? i would unask if i could, i feel like i did it just to 'fit in ' or cuz everyone else was.

Maybe he already has a date and doesn't know how to tell you that. Don't feel awkward... you should just approach him and tlak to him about it or reach out to him in whatever way you asked him to TB (i.e. text) and say something along hte lines of "hey if you already have a date or weren't planning on going thats fine, just let me know". He will then give you an answer. If he ends up saying he is already going with someone just be chill... and find someone else to ask.
