OK, it's a motorcycle though. Well, actually a trike.
Here is a pedal powered aircraft, not exactly like converting a bike though:

mount fiberglass wings onto the frame of the bike, with the biggest wingspan you can get, then take your back tire off and afix your chain onto a propeller. Weld some tricyicle wheels somewhere on the back to keep it up. Get an aerodynamic bodysuit and helmet, cover any openings on the bike with fiberglass, find a suitable runway, and PEDAL mothercanucker!

its not hard, do a search for Ultralight aircraft,
Quicksilver ultralights are very similar in construction
They arent quite as sturdy as bikes, ( more like lawnchairs with wings )
And when you get it together and go to the airport, Me and all the other REAL pilots will be laughing as you augger it into the dirt, saying ( there goes another one that couldn't pass the written )

Easy as pie. Attach wings onto your bike, put some engines on and here you go! A bicycle/aircraft. Kids, please do not try this at home.

Well, the best way I can think of would be to take it out on the busiest highway near your home and wait for a big semi to come and then jump out in front of it and race... just keep going and it will fly eventually, no one has ever got it... but maybe you can

attach your self with three chickens for each 10 pounds of your gross weight combined with the bike, don't forget to calculate your take-off and landing distances...
