One day, Iran invades through Canada and quickly overruns the U.S.

As an american citizen I imagine I'd look at the reasons why they were invadeing, if they were invadeing to liberate us from a leader who gassed california, tortured our olympic athletes, and had previousley tried to make nukes and assassinate an iranian president, had secret police who raped mens wives during interrogation and hundreds of other human indecencys I'd probley be happy they invaded and welcome the democratic process they were bringing... your hypothetical placing america in iraqs shoes is incomplete and arrogent... Think deeper and longer before you come up with stupid ways to tell people so. jackass.

Thanks to the 2nd amendment there is a large population of the US in possession of arms who will surely form a militia to fight this Iranian army. Now I don't support the war in Iraq, but I'd fight, join a resistance even.

Of course, although Iran has a larger army, sheer numbers do not equate a stronger army because of the quality of the US - we have better weapons, better air force, tanks, and better trained troops, etc. The soldiers in Iraq would be called back along with NATO forces and Iran would be repelled.

Of course, none of this would happen because how in the hell is Iran invading through Canada? Seriously, couldn't you have just asked what we would do in the event of an Iran takeover without adding details that make no sense? NATO alone would protect Canada. The pentagon would notice an Iranian army on the move.

First things first the Iranian military is not larger than the US military nor is it as advanced and well trained. Keep in mind our armed civilian Police force which would be our first line of defense is larger than the iranian military itself. That and Iran doesnt have a blue water Navy or anyway to transport their troops to attack Canada but if it did happen I would fight them most americans own guns they wouldnt win for that matter alot of candians own guns they probably wouldnt defeat them to get to the USA anyway. Your question is very hypothetical.

and again Canada has an military im sure they would defend themselves with their navy even before they get to land

How will they invade through Canada? Please supply strategic and logistical military data to support such a scenario. How will they get to Canada? Troop transports? (Do they have a Navy?) Military aircraft? How will they do this undetected? Over the North Pole? Will Canada capitulate or fight against them? How will they move such a large army over the seas or over the pole to mount such an attack? Before I answer your question, could you answer mine?

Us Atheists are very set in our beliefs except we've a nerve-racking experience the position we experience denial and prefer to reveal to God because we haven't any one else.
