My friend needs help??!?!?!!?!??
This past weekend my friend Katie had sex with a guy, and they are just friends. That same night she got a text from a guy that he is friends with and she has never even given him her #. Then on Tues. night he snuck over to her house and had sex again. She only told a couple of her closest friends and now random pp are saying stuff to him about it. He is now texting her saying he will hurt her or her friends if anything else is said and he mentioned guns and knives. What should she do???

Lessons learned: keep her sex life private (no one needs to know).

Be careful who she chooses to have sex with.

Keep the text messages and it starts getting out of hand tell her parents and then the cops for a restraining order.

tough situation. sounds like we're talking about teenagers, yes? if so, i'm guessing she doesn't want parents involved. unfortunately, this guy sounds like a loser and there's no way to tell if he'll actually hurt anyone. could be he's just saying those things to scare her. i have a feeling he's bluffing, but when it comes to physical violence you have to take it seriously, no matter how young or immature he is. i'd say give him 1 and only 1 warning that if he does not stop the threats he'll be reported to the police. law enforcement take this sort of situation very seriously and will bring him to the station for interrogation. i think that would mean the parents would have to find out, but that's a risk you take by having sex at a young age. better safe than sorry, though.

She needs to tell an adult.
call the police.
It's more embarassing to be dead, than to confess that a guy is threatening you!!

YOU can tell your MOM, and say this guy is threatening Katy with knives and guns and hurt her friend, MOM I'm scared, what do we do???
you don't have to say katy had sex.
IT's the THREATS ARE BAD!!
KATY CAN REPORT THESE THREAT OF VIOLENCE W/O SAYING SHE HAD SEX!!!

OKAY?
TELL AN ADULT
CALL and ask for advice 1(800)4ACHILD

DON'T BE EMBARASSED, OR ASHAMED, GET HELP!

911 and report this guy.
Have her show the text messages to the cops and report the threats. And tell your parents!

Have her text him back and tell the jerk that she's got proof of his threats (he was dumb enough to text message her), and that she's going to tell the police that he's threatening her. That should stop the jerk!

Also, tell her to KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PSYCHO and use condoms!

She could talk directly with him about what is going on. If she is concerned about her safety I would get with the cops about the threats.

she needs to save the text messages and tell her parents so they can call the police. people are too crazy to take his threats lightly!

She should definitely tell someone, if she cannot talk to her parents then she should talk to a school counselor, or another adult she can trust.
