hi, look none of these questions make any sense. shouldn't you ask your doctor or the duty nurse? at least they will be able to figure out what you're asking and why.

Well, if 0.4 is 1ml then you do 0.5 divided by 0.4 and that gives you the number of ml's you need to give. It's basic cross multiplication.
